Welcome to Can You Survive 18: Cape of Good Hope
Welcome to South Africa and to the eighteenth season of Can You Survive. Over the next 42 days, you will be competing against 20 other people for the title of CYSurvivor. But what sort of secrets will be hiding along the way? Well, you are about to find out some of them. All of this season's secrets will be hiding in The Brig. And how you will be get in The Brig will be disclosed later on. But the first secrets from The Brig are on their way right now.
Over the past four seasons, we have had a lot of entertaining players, dramatic moments, and epic blindsides. And some of our favorite players were taken out of the game because of twists and turns along the way. So this season, we are giving six of them the chance at redemption. These six players were known for being popular amongst the viewers and some were even popular amongst the cast; but they failed to make it to the end of the game. Let's bring them out!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Patrick was a newbie in Medieval Europe but he came out guns blazing.
He found a Hidden Immunity Idol and played it at the top 15 to
save his friend which sent a power player packing. His loyalty to his alliance
made him an undeniable hero and a favorite amongst viewers and players alike.
Unfortunately, his loyalty put a target on his back and sent him packing
at the final six. Will that loyalty come into play this season or will he change
things up? We will find out!
Catie was also a newbie heading into Ancient Greece. She proved that girls
can also kick ass in online Survivor. Her social game was on point the entire
season. She was never afraid to make moves or put a target on her back.
Through all of this, she remained one of the most popular contestants
throughout the season. However, her popularity made her a huge target
and got her sent home at the final five. What will she do this time around to
change the outcome? We will find out!
Klein came into Chernobyl ready to go! He had a great social and strategic game.
He formed an alliance on his original tribe called The Reactor Four and had a
blooming bromance with Owen. He was in a great position on his tribe; nothing
could stop him. However, in a surprise joint judgement, his entire game came crashing down.
His alliance was uncovered by everyone in the game and he became the casualty.
His game ended abruptly at the final fifteen but now he is back for redemption. Will he be able
to control his allies this time around or will be crumble yet again? We will find out!
Grace came into Nepal as a newbie to skype games. She was slightly shy at first but
she blossomed throughout her stay in the game. However, she alienated herself pretty quickly
by not being able to relate to anyone. Her tribe loved her to death but ultimately decided to cut her
pretty early on. Even though she went out early, she was one of the most down-to-earth
contestants we've ever had and was VERY aware of her surroundings. We know she has it in her
to do well so will she bring that fire this time around? We will find out!
Patrick came into Ancient Greece as a skype game newbie. But he quickly proved that
he was in it to win it. He had a great social game and had no enemies on his tribe. He
killed challenges and was one of the biggest assets to his tribe. He was very popular amongst his
tribe as well as the viewers. However, his near perfect game came crashing down right before
the merge. He, like a lot of players in Ancient Greece, was screwed over by the Banishment
twist. The round before merge, he was banished to the other tribe and immediately got voted out.
Will he bring that same passion he brought last time and will he be able to succeed without
the Banishment twist? We will find out!
Anie came into Chernobyl as one of the most likable players. She succeeded in the game by
being friendly to everyone, having a killer social game, but also thinking strategically. She
was never afraid to make big moves as long as they benefitted her. Unfortunately, one big
move cost her the game. At the final eight, she fought hard for one person to go to rocks with the
original Dobrini tribe. He did is and Anie ended up pulling the purple rock. Had she survived, she would
have been a clear front-runner for the title. Will her game change this around? We will find out!
Now that you met the six returning players, let's announce the tribes. It's game on! Good luck!
